TPD-116 Antiscalant for Papermaking Black Liquor Evaporator

Properties

1) The special scale inhibitor for paper making black liquor evaporator is compounded with various ingredients such as surfactant, dispersant, viscosity reducer, etc. After being added to the paper making black liquor, the viscosity reducer reacts with silicon, oxalate and various sugars in the black liquor to make it lose viscosity and suspend in the black liquor.

2) Adding the evaporator antiscalant can disperse the scale-forming ions such as calcium, magnesium, and silicon in the black liquor to the greatest extent, increase the anti-precipitation property and fluidity, and make it difficult for them to precipitate and adhere to the evaporator surface, thereby keeping the evaporator surface clean and scale-free.

3) The special antiscalant for evaporator will also react chemically with the scale on the surface of the evaporator, dissolving the old scale and removing it, thus achieving the purpose of removing the old scale; at the same time, it prevents the growth of new scale, increases the heat conduction rate, accelerates the evaporation rate of water in the black liquor, shortens the time required for the evaporation of the black liquor, and makes the entire alkali recovery process more efficient and energy-saving, with obvious benefits.

Usage

1) Dosage of special scale inhibitor for paper making black liquor evaporator: 30-50 g/ton black liquor.

2) Usage: dilute the evaporator antiscalant in the dosing tank and add it using a metering pump; it should not be stored for a long time after dilution and should be prepared before use.

Packaging and storage

Paper making black liquor antiscalant is packaged in plastic barrels, 25kg per barrel or as determined by the user; stored in a ventilated, cool and dry place, with a storage period of ten months.

Safety and protection

TPD-116 is a special scale inhibitor for paper making black liquor evaporator. It is weakly alkaline. Pay attention to labor protection during operation, wear glasses and gloves, and avoid contact between the special scale inhibitor for evaporator and skin, eyes, etc. Rinse with plenty of water after contact.
